2 year agoHartford Police investigating the city's second homicide of the year on Bellevue St. Male in his 20s. Police responded to a car crash around 8:45 AM. Driver was unresponsive and had to be extricated. Gunshot wound was discovered. Died at the hospital.
300 block Brick Top Rd Area of "Rec Park" which was the staging area for FD and EMS until the scene was secured. 1 victim reported unresponsive reported by PD medics requested.

2 year agoYesterday, the @HamdenFireDept responded for a reported appliance fire in the 1 block of Savoy St. First arriving companies found heavy fire showing. A 2nd alarm was quickly issued. Companies operated for around an hour knocking down the fire @hfdcar1 @ctfirephoto

2 year ago@CT_STATE_POLICE and Coventry Police are responding to a barricaded person right now on South St. The road is closed and they're asking people to take alternate routes. Neighbors have been evacuated and area schools on lockdown.
